VMENTORZ – Sanctuary Circle Policy

1. Overview

The Sanctuary Circle is VMENTORZ’s professional referral initiative designed for mentors who contribute to the responsible and sustainable growth of the VMENTORZ ecosystem.

VMENTORZ views its mentors as custodians of safe, ethical, and supportive spaces. Through the Sanctuary Circle, mentors may invite new users and qualified professionals to join the platform, and receive Professional Growth Credits as a structured token of appreciation.

This program is permanent in nature but may be revised at the sole discretion of VMENTORZ.

2. Eligibility

The Sanctuary Circle is available to:

• Verified and active mentors on VMENTORZ
• Mentors in good standing with no policy violations
• Mentors compliant with all applicable Mentor Agreements and platform terms

VMENTORZ reserves the right to suspend or revoke participation for misuse, breach of agreement, or conduct inconsistent with platform values.

3. What Constitutes a Successful User Referral

A mentor referral shall be deemed successful only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. The referred user registers on VMENTORZ by accessing the unique referral link sent by VMENTORZ to the invited email address.
2. The registration is completed using the same invited email address.
3. The referred user completes required profile verification.
4. The referred user books and completes at least one paid session on the platform.
5. Payment for the session is successfully processed and is not refunded, reversed, or disputed within seven (7) days of session completion.

Registrations completed without using the referral link, or completed using a different email address, shall not qualify and cannot be retrospectively applied.

4. Referral Reward – User Referrals

Upon qualification:

• The referred user shall receive 100 Welcome Nourishment Credits.
• The referring mentor shall receive 100 Professional Growth Credits.

Credit Value & Usage

• 1 Credit = ₹1 (Indian Rupee).
• Professional Growth Credits may be applied manually by the mentor to offset platform maintenance fees.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
• Credits cannot be converted into cash.
• Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers, fee waivers, or discounts.

5. What Constitutes a Successful Mentor Referral

A mentor referral shall be deemed successful only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. The referred professional registers on VMENTORZ by accessing the unique referral link sent by VMENTORZ to the invited email address.
2. Registration is completed using the same invited email address.
3. The professional completes onboarding and verification requirements.
4. The professional is formally approved by VMENTORZ.
5. The referred mentor completes a minimum of five (5) paid sessions on the platform.

Registrations completed without using the referral link or using a different email address shall not qualify and cannot be retrospectively applied.

6. Referral Reward – Mentor Referrals

Upon qualification:

• The referring mentor shall receive 200 Professional Growth Credits.

Credit Value & Application

• 1 Credit = ₹1 (Indian Rupee).
• Professional Growth Credits may be applied manually by the mentor to offset future platform maintenance fees.
• Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into cash.
• Credits cannot be combined with other fee reductions, discounts, or promotional adjustments.
• Credits may only be applied against outstanding or future maintenance fee invoices.

VMENTORZ reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to approval of credit application.

7. Credit Governance

Professional Growth Credits:

• Are recorded within the mentor’s platform account ledger.
• May be applied partially or fully against maintenance fees, subject to available balance.
• Do not create any entitlement to monetary payout.
• Remain subject to audit and compliance review.

VMENTORZ reserves the right to introduce credit validity periods with prior notice.

8. Ethical & Professional Conduct

Mentors participating in the Sanctuary Circle must:

• Avoid pressuring individuals to seek services.
• Refrain from making guarantees regarding therapeutic or wellness outcomes.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Uphold the dignity and integrity of mental wellness practice.

The Sanctuary Circle is not a recruitment incentive program. It is a professional contribution framework aligned with responsible ecosystem growth.

9. Fraud & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Creation of duplicate or artificial accounts
• Artificial inflation of session activity
• Coordinated misuse of referral structure
• Forwarding referral links in a manner inconsistent with the intended invite-based model

VMENTORZ reserves the right to:

• Withhold or reverse credits
• Suspend or terminate mentor accounts
• Conduct audits of referral activity
• Take appropriate legal action where necessary

All decisions regarding referral validity shall be final and binding.

10. Modification & Termination

VMENTORZ reserves the right to:

• Modify reward structures
• Amend eligibility criteria
• Pause or discontinue the Sanctuary Circle
• Update these terms at any time without prior notice

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
