VMENTORZ – Garden Circle Policy (Referral Program)

1. Overview

The Garden Circle is VMENTORZ’s community referral initiative designed to encourage trust-based, organic growth.

At VMENTORZ, we believe mental wellness grows like a garden — nurtured with care, shared with intention, and strengthened together. The Garden Circle allows users to invite others to begin their wellness journey, while receiving a small token of appreciation in return.

This program is permanent in nature but may be revised from time to time at the sole discretion of VMENTORZ.

2. Eligibility

The Garden Circle is available to:

• Registered VMENTORZ users with an active account
• Users in good standing with no policy violations
• Users who comply with all applicable platform terms and conditions

VMENTORZ reserves the right to suspend or revoke referral privileges in cases of misuse or breach of platform policies.

3. What Constitutes a Successful Referral

A referral shall be deemed successful only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. The referred individual registers on VMENTORZ using the referrer’s unique referral link or code.
2. The referred individual completes required profile setup and verification.
3. The referred individual books and completes at least one paid session on the platform.
4. Payment for the session is successfully processed and is not refunded, reversed, or disputed within seven (7) days of session completion.

Referrals that do not meet all of the above conditions will not qualify for rewards.

4. Referral Rewards

Upon qualification as a successful referral:

• The referred user shall receive 100 Welcome Nourishment Credits.
• The referrer shall receive 100 Growth Credits.

Credit Value

• 1 Credit = ₹1 (Indian Rupee).
• Credits may be applied toward paid sessions conducted on VMENTORZ.
• Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into cash.

5. Credit Usage Terms

• Credits are applicable only toward paid sessions on the platform.
• Credits cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or campaign.
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to the registered user account.
• VMENTORZ may introduce expiry timelines for credits at its discretion, with prior notice.

6. Monthly Referral Cap

A user may receive rewards for a maximum of 10 successful referrals per calendar month.

Any additional referrals beyond this limit may be reviewed but shall not automatically qualify for rewards.

7. Ethical Guidelines

Participants in the Garden Circle must ensure that:

• Referrals are voluntary and respectful.
• No pressure is applied to vulnerable individuals.
• No misleading claims are made about services or outcomes.
• The program is not promoted in crisis-sensitive environments.

The Garden Circle is a gesture of gratitude — not a commercial sales scheme.

8. Fraud & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Creation of duplicate or fake accounts
• Manipulation of payment methods
• Any attempt to artificially inflate referral counts

VMENTORZ reserves the right to:

• Withhold or reverse credits
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate participation in the Garden Circle
• Take appropriate legal action where necessary

All decisions regarding referral validity shall be final and binding.

9. Modification & Termination

VMENTORZ reserves the right to:

• Modify reward amounts
• Amend eligibility criteria
• Suspend or discontinue the Garden Circle
• Update terms at any time without prior notice

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
